Welcome to Only Sim! Before you proceed with purchasing and using our data-only services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:
1. No Sim-swap:
Only Sim does not support SIM swapping. Users must use the SIM card associated with the cell phone number registered on our system from MTN.
2. Accuracy:
It is crucial to provide the correct and accurate cell phone number during registration and data purchase. Incorrect cell phone numbers may result in the loss of data, and once lost, data cannot be recovered and you will need to repurchase.
3. Data Validity:
Data purchased from Only Sim is valid for 14 or 30 days depending on your purchase. There is no data rollover; any unused data at the end of the month will expire.
4. Use of Own Pre-paid Cell Phone Number:
Only MTN Prepaid and Contract numbers are supported.
5. Continuation of Data Services:
To avoid disconnection of services Data Payment needs to be received day before expiry.
7. Payment Methods:
Payments for data services can be made online through electronic funds transfer (EFT) or credit/debit card and more.
By using Only Sim's data services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Only Sim reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
